BodyRock’s Sexy Booty Curves
Four exercises, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 12 rounds (three times through the circuit). No equipment needed for the first part except for a place to hang from for the last exercise.

Then. The bonus. Eight exercises, 50 seconds on, 10 seconds off, one round through, and a set of dumbbells is required.

How long did it take?: 20 minutes
Was it tough?: I didn’t feel like it was as tough as some of the others, but I definitely sweat and was a little out of breath.
Did I feel like I got a good workout in?: I don’t know what it was, but I didn’t feel like it was an amazing workout. It definitely worked my whole body, don’t get me wrong, but I think because the bonus was using weights in a traditional manner versus doing plyos, it wasn’t as difficult. Either way, it was a fine workout in 20 minutes. I did more after, but for 20 minutes, it was total body goodness.
Why I liked it: The moves are always good—a mix of traditional with a creative, harder twist. I like that. The only thing that annoyed me was the hanging knee raises because I had to run out of the exercise room and into the main gym part in 10 seconds. People stared. I was okay with it though.
Do I recommend it?: If you have only 20 minutes and need something that will get your heart rate up and hit all of your muscle groups, and you like both body-weight and traditional weights, you’ll like this one. It’s not my favorite, but it was a pretty good one.
