BodyRock’s Sexy Legs Tight Booty Workout

The only piece of equipment you need is something to do the reverse pull-ups on. I used two Spin bikes at the gym, but you could use the Smith machine bar, triceps dip bars, or heck, you could use an elastic band and put it in a door jam and feign pull-ups to make it work!

How long did it take?: 12 minutes
Was it tough?: Pretty tough, yeah, but in a good way.
Did I feel like I got a good workout in?: Yeah, I did—I was definitely sweaty after 12 minutes. Although it made me a little confused because the workout didn’t focus a ton on the legs and glutes; the upper body was used just as much.
Why I liked it: It was a total body workout using some moves I incorporate into my workouts as well as a few I don’t, so it was comfy and challenging. If that makes sense 🙂 Only thing I disliked were the ninja jumps…. I suck at those.
Do I recommend it?: I do, especially because it incorporates pull-ups, pushups, light jumping, and you barely need equipment. I enjoyed it and will definitely do some of the moves again.
