BodyRock’s HiitBody #2 – My Booty Rocks

Wow. Dripping sweat. Fan on. Shaky. But I feel great! After a long weekend of celebrating and indulging, this was the workout I needed to feel like I’m back on track. And honestly, all of the sweat feels great!

How long did it take?: About 30 min.
Was it tough?: Very! But it a satisfying way.
Did I feel like I got a good workout in?: Heck yeah. Arms, legs, bis, tris, shoulder back, booty, abs, cardio. This works it all.
Why I liked it: I did this in my apartment in a 3’x6’ area AND it doesn’t require any weights. I did use my little 2lb. weights to fake a jump rope, but you don’t even need that. You can also modify this as necessary. If you aren’t advanced enough to complete 100 and 60 reps of everything, you can start with 10 or 20 reps of each and work up.
Do I recommend it?: Definitely. I love this workout because it goes back to the basics without being too high intensity. Everything can be modified—from reps to the moves themselves—and the space it takes to perform them doesn’t need to be huge. This is a great workout to take along on trips or for a quick workout at home.
