Foodalicious Friday

I like food. Specifically big breakfasts. Like pancakes. With chocolate. I’ve been looking for more summer-bikini-friendly meals and this one wins because it includes a little bit of the good filling stuff without being too much. I got this recipe from OXYGEN magazine.

Chocolate Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/3 c. dry oatmeal
  • 1 scoop chocolate whey or soy protein powder
  • ½ banana sliced
  • Olive oil cooking spray

Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spray a frying pan or griddle with cooking spray. Cook mixture as you do regular pancakes. Need a little more flavor? Use a little natural peanut butter or sugar-free syrup or add some fresh berries on top!
