Motivation Monday

The weekend away meant being away from a lot—normal eating times, regular meal choices, usual snack choices, multiple-workouts-a-day schedule, and the early-to-bed-early-to-rise schedule. It was difficult to not be able to work out for two days straight, as sick and twisted as that sounds, and it wasn’t easy resisting delicious sweets and more calorie-laden meal choices! (And I’ll be honest, we didn’t resist those.)

Am I mad at myself? No. I’ve just resolved to get back on track today with eating well, choosing water more often, working out, and cutting off the food by 8pm at the latest.

So here’s what I’m doing this week.
