Motivate Me:
I LOVED this article from – “10 Practical Tips to Fit Fitness into Your Busy Life.” I completely agree with ALL of these and while the article goes more in-depth with each, here’s the quick list:

  1. Wake up earlier.
  2. Cut down on media.
  3. Be an active TV watcher.
  4. Try an active commute.
  5. Make it part of your routine.
  6. Mix socializing with exercising.
  7. Turn chores into exercise.
  8. Schedule an appointment.

Food Me:
For a quick no-bake cookie treat, mix 1 tsp. of unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder with a big splash of almond milk, a sprinkle of sugar, 1 heaping Tbsp. of peanut butter and microwave it for 45 seconds, stirring every 15 second. Add in 2 Tbsp. of quick oats and enjoy!
