Merry Christmas! Welcome to the New Blog!

And the new website! What do you think? This has been in the making for 6+ months and my wonderful graphic designer and friend Nick Conflitti worked his HTML magic and put this thing together. Good man!

So what’s new and different and why do I have a website now?

Nothing is really too new or different–the blog interface will be a bit different, as you can see, but it’s all going to be similar structure-wise to what it has been for the past two years.

I have a website now because it’s been 1 year since my company Strength & Sweat was created. I wanted to put all of my exercise classes, workouts, music, motivational jazz, and info in one area. I want you all to be able to talk to me about personal training and see what I’m up to, where, when, and for how much.

I want health and fitness advice, news, articles, workouts, foods, and motivation to be readily available to anyone and everyone. So please, if you have any questions, tweet me on Twitter, Facebook message me, or send me an email.

In celebration of the upcoming New Year, here are a few quotes to push you to do something for yourself today.

“This is not the time to be passive. This is the time to shape, sculpt, paint, participate… the time to get sweaty, to get dirty, to fall in love, to forgive, to forget, to hug, to kiss… this is the time to experience, participate and live your life as a verb.” -Steve Maraboli

“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.” -Franklin D. Roosevelt

“You’ve gotta dance like there’s nobody watching, Love like you’ll never be hurt, Sing like there’s nobody listening, And live like it’s heaven on earth.” -William W. Purkey

“People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.” -Dale Carnegie

‎”Life has no limitations, except the ones you make.” -Les Brown

And to those who think I’m crazy…. This is blunt and harsh, but true….
“It’s easier to wake up early and work out than it is to look in the mirror each day and not like what you see.” -Jayne Cox, 2003 Couples’ Champion
